How can I order?
You can place your order online using our secure website, you can phone in your order to us at 204-982-3820, fax in your order to us at 204-982-3823, email us your order or drop in and visit us! We are located at 10-975 Sherwin Road, just east of the Winnipeg International Airport.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard, debit card (must be done in-store), checks, cash and also offer credit terms (30 day net). Credit terms can only be authorized after you fill out our credit application and receive credit approval from us. Please contact us for a copy of the application that you can fill out and fax back to us. It may take anywhere from one to three business days to process your application depending on how long your credit references take to respond back to us.
When is my credit card charged?
We will not charge your credit card until your entire order is ready to ship.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No we do not have a minimum order quantity or amount. However, some items are only sold by the case or box, and you will need to purchase the entire case/box.
Do you stock all the items you carry?
Due to the wide array of products we offer (over 4,000!) and the fact many of them can be customized to suit your requirements, we are unable to stock them all. However, we do stock many products in our 10,000 square foot warehouse.
When will my order be shipped?
All in stock orders will be shipped either same business day or next business day depending on time your order was received. For items that are custom ordered, they will be shipped or available for pick-up same business day they are received from the manufacturer at our warehouse.
Can I pick my order up instead of having it shipped?
Yes! Many of our customers come by to pick up their orders in person. We have two loading docks at the rear of our warehouse for larger orders and also offer walk in service for smaller orders.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is calculated based on destination and items ordered. For local and in-province orders, we can offer delivery service through local couriers at low rates, and for out of province orders we have contracts with National and International freight carriers. If you have your own preferred carrier, we can also arrange for them to pick up your order as well. Please contact us to get an exact shipping quote.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time we can only ship to Canadian addresses.
What if I don’t see what I’m looking for on the website?
Please contact us if you are looking for something not listed on our website. We have many contacts in the Industrial, Ag and Building Supply industries, and may be able to find what you are looking for at a better price than you are currently paying!
Do you have a print catalog?
With the regular addition of new products making our selection over 4,000 items, we do not have a complete print catalog covering the entire product offering at this time. Current pricing and our complete product listing will always be updated online. We do have a general print catalog that has most items without pricing. If you are interested in receiving this item during our next mass mailing, please contact us.
Can you sell to individual consumers or just to companies?
Although most of our sales are business to business, we can sell to any type of customer. You do not have to be a company.
